When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship in 1-3 business days from Nevada.
What time are orders printed each day?
Orders are printed every day at 12:00 p.m. PST.
How is the order day determined?
If you place an order after 12:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, for example, it will be considered a "Wednesday" order.
What if I order on a weekend?
Hey there! Just a heads up, we're closed on the weekends. So, if you happen to place an order after 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday, don't fret! Your order will be printed on the following Monday and will be treated as a "Monday" order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you are free to cancel your order for a full refund anytime before the order ships.
Is there free shipping available?
Shipping is free on domestic orders over $100 (USA only).

Returns:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If you're unsatisfied with your product, please contact bombsandbubbles@gmail.com and we'll be happy to discuss your concerns.
Exchanges:
We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Damaged items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items:
We do not expect refunds or exchanges for simply not liking the fragrance or
misuse of product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
