Shipping policy

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days from Nevada.
Orders are printed every day at 12:00 p.m. PST. Therefore, if you place an order after 12 p.m. on a Tuesday, for example, it will be considered a "Wednesday" order.
We are closed on the weekends, so if you order after 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday, your order will print on the following Monday and will be considered a "Monday" order.

We do not ship wax melts on weekends, so if you order after 12:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, your order will print on the following Monday and will be considered a "Monday" order.
You are free to cancel your order for a full refund anytime before the order ships.
